About us
Alabama Fence & Rail LLC is a fence and gate contractor based in Birmingham, working across Central Alabama.
01 Who we are
A local crew that fences whatever the ground asks for.
We are a fence and gate contractor out of Birmingham. The work runs from a single back-yard privacy run in a new subdivision to a full perimeter around a storage facility, and out to pasture fence on acreage in Tallapoosa and Lee counties.
On our Facebook page we describe ourselves in one line: “Excellent customer service and quality fence installations.” That is still the whole of it. Turn up, do it properly, leave it clean.
What that looks like on a job
- We walk the property line with you before anything is ordered
- Runs get stepped or racked so the fence follows real ground
- Gate posts are sized and set for the gate they are carrying
- The site is left the way we found it, minus the old fence
02 On the ground
Posts first. Everything else follows.
The video is a run of posts going in on a new-build lot — set, plumbed and lined up before a single picket is hung. It is the least photogenic part of the job and the part that decides how the fence looks in year five.
Nothing on this website is a stock photo. Every image is a job of ours, taken on our own phones, on Alabama ground.
03 What customers say
Eight recommendations. All of them positive.
Our Facebook page carries eight recommendations and a 100% recommend rating. Here is one of them, word for word.
“Lane was the best. He had our fence done quickly and it’s the best looking one in the neighborhood!”Hanna Rogers · Facebook recommendation, 9 September 2024
We have not chased reviews, run ads or built a website until now. The work has come from yard signs, word of mouth and the Facebook page.
